Mid-Amateur Championship

All Entrants, qualifying or exempt, must file an entry by 5 P.M., Tuesday, June 30.  Entries must be filed online, via mail or delivery to LGA office.  Online entry applications can be completed at www.LGAgolf.org.  Late or incomplete applications are not acceptable. (Entries by FAX, telephone, or telegraph are not acceptable)

Time limit for entries means time of receipt at LGA office, not time entries are sent to LGA. Entries should be submitted early to allow ample time for delay or error in transmission. The risk of delay or error in transmission lies solely with the entrant and the LGA shall have no liability with respect to any such delay or error and the consequences therefrom, including rejection of the entry.  

All entrants must file an entry prior to deadline, including exempt players. Entry deadline is June 30, 2009, at 5 P.M.
