Tue, Jul 7, 2009	7:30 AM	Practice Round	Practice rounds may be played on July 7, 2009. You must schedule practice round starting times by calling the Golf Shop at Alexandria G & CC (318-442-2806) on or after June 23, 2009.
Tue, Jul 7, 2009	7:00 PM	Rules Meeting, Dinner	Rules meeting and Cookout will be held for all participants (cookout for players only) at 7:00 PM on Tuesday night, July 7, 2009, at Alexandria G & CC. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend.
Wed, Jul 8, 2009	7:30 AM	Starting Times	Starting times will begin at 7:30 AM on Wednesday. Play will begin on both #1 and #10 tees.
Thu, Jul 9, 2009	7:30 AM	Starting Times, Age-Group Awds	Starting times will begin at 7:30 AM on Thursday, off both #1 and #10 tees. At the completion of play on Thursday Age-Group Championship Awards will be presented. Overall Championship will be divided into two or three flights depending on the number of participants.
Fri, Jul 10, 2009	7:30 AM	Starting Times, Awards	Starting times will begin at 7:30 AM on Friday. Presentations to Overall Championship Flight winners and top three in Overall Championship will be made at the conclusion of play on Friday.
