Junior Amateur Championship

All entrants must file an entry by 5 P.M., Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Entries must be filed online, via mail, or delivery to LGA office. Online entry applications can be completed at www.LGAgolf.org. NOTE: Entry deadline is June 30, 2009, 5 PM, or until full field is reached before June 30. Juniors are cautioned that the event could fill up before June 30. Time limit for entries means time of receipt at LGA office, not time entry is sent to LGA. Entries should be submitted early to allow ample time for delay or error in transmission. The risk of delay or error in transmission lies solely with the entrant and the LGA shall have no liability with respect to any such delay or error and the consequences therefrom, including rejection of the entry. Late or incomplete applications are not acceptable. Entries by FAX, telephone, or telegraph are not acceptable. Entry fee must accompany application for application to be considered complete.
