NON-EXEMPT PLAYER ENTRY ONLY!
Only players who are not exempt for the 2009 LGA Mid-Amateur Championship should enter online through this Championship Information Page. Exempt players should enter online through the "Mid-Amateur Championship-Exempt Entries" Championship Information Page.
Sectional Qualifying Information:
Sectional qualifying site must be designated on entry form. Later transfer permissable only prior to deadline for close of entries. A player may enter only one qualifier and must accept the risk of qualifiers being rescheduled due to inclement weather. The number of qualifiers at each site will be determined by the LGA, based on the size of the field. If a qualifying site has more players than can be accommodated, some players may be transferred to another site. Transfer will be based on the date of receipt of entry application. Ties for the last qualifying place(s) at each site shall be decided by sudden death playoff immediately following play. Alternate places will be determined by scorecard playoff (or as determined by Director in charge). |

| Hotel Headquarters Information |

We encourage you to reserve a room at the Hotel Headquarters well in advance of the Championship. If you fail to qualify for Championship rounds play you may cancel your reservations prior to the cancellation deadline.
Hotel Headquarters: Hilton Garden Inn Lafayette/Cajundome, 2350 W. Congress St. (across from Cajundome & Cajun Field). Flat rate of $97 (1-4/room), plus tax. Contact the Hilton Garden Inn direct at 337-291-1977 and identify yourself as LGA Mid-Amateur Championship participant. Rooms will be released for general use on July 23. |
