Fri, May 15, 2009	8:00 AM	Practice Round	Practice rounds may be played on May 15, 2009. You must schedule practice round starting times by calling the Golf Shop at Santa Maria GC (225-752-9667) between May 1-8, 2009. Players calling after May 8 run the risk of practice round starting times not being available.
Fri, May 15, 2009	7:30 PM	Rules Meeting	A rules meeting and cookout will be held at the Santa Maria GC clubhouse on Friday night, May 15. Players are strongly encouraged to attend.
Sat, May 16, 2009	7:30 AM	Starting Times	Starting times will begin at 7:30 AM on Saturday. Players will be paired within their own flights.
Sun, May 17, 2009	7:30 AM	Starting Times, Awards	Starting times will begin at 7:30 AM on Sunday. Players will be paired according to their Net scores from Saturday. Awards will be presented in the Overall Championship and all other flights immediately upon completion of play.
