Senior Four-Ball Championship

All teams must file an entry by Tuesday, September 15, 2009, online, via mail or delivery to LGA office by 5 PM. Online entry applications can be completed at www.LGAgolf.org. NOTE: Entry deadline is September 15, 2009, 5 PM, or until a full field is reached before September 15. Teams are cautioned that the event could fill up before September 15. Time limit for entries means time of receipt at LGA office (not time entry is sent to LGA). Entries should be submitted early to allow ample time for delay or error in transmission. The risk of delay or error in transmission lies solely with the entrant and the LGA will have no liability with respect to any such delay or error and the consequences therefrom, including rejection of the entry. Late or incomplete applications are not acceptable. Entries by FAX, telephone, or telegraph are not acceptable. Entry fee must accompany application for application to be considered complete.
