Senior Four-Ball Championship

Entry fee of $300 per two man team, which includes cart fee for practice round and tournament play. Entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason if LGA is notified, in writing, before the close of entries. After the close of entries, fee will be refunded only in the event of injury or illness provided notification (accompanied by a doctor's statement) reaches LGA office by September 19, 2008. A $45 service charge will be deducted from all refunds. Pairings and starting times for first round of play will be posted at the Host Club, Lake Charles Country Club, Lake Charles, Louisiana, Friday, September 19, 2008.
